Koen Cremers

Koen is a Senior Investment Associate in BlueMill’s investment team. In this role, he is involved in analysing and evaluating investment and divestment opportunities, structuring (re)financing solutions, and supporting the investment team throughout the acquisition and sale of portfolio companies.
 

Koen began his career at Deloitte in the M&A department, where he gained extensive experience in corporate finance, valuations and transaction services. He subsequently spent four years at BB Capital as an Investment Associate, further strengthening his expertise in private equity.

Koen holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Tilburg University.
