Ruben Weemers
Since 2025, Ruben Weemers has been supporting BlueMill in the role of Operational Partner. In this position, he contributes to the development, monitoring, and strategic growth of BlueMill’s portfolio companies. Ruben applies a broad skill set spanning financial, strategic, and operational management, and he plays an active role in identifying and assessing investment opportunities as well as supporting due diligence processes.

Ruben has been working in the same role at MKB Fonds since early 2016, where he has supported the acquisition and growth strategies of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining MKB Fonds, he gained more than nine years of experience in the Corporate Finance practice at Crowe Horwath Foederer, building extensive expertise in company management and in advising on acquisition processes.
