Sasha Sittek 

Since July 2026, Sasha has been part of BlueMill, where he works as an Investment Associate. He is involved in analyzing and evaluating investment and divestment opportunities, supporting due diligence processes, preparing financial analyses and (re)financing structures, and supporting the investment team throughout acquisition and exit processes.

 

Before joining BlueMill, Sasha worked for over two years at Alvarez & Marsal within the Private Equity Performance Improvement team, focusing on operational turnarounds. Prior to that, he gained private equity experience through internships at Avedon Capital Partners and Standard Investment.

 

Sasha holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from ESADE Business School in Barcelona.
