Adrianne Soeroredjo
Adrianne has been working as a Junior Finance Manager at Blue Mill since the beginning of May. In this role, she is responsible for the financial administration. Adrianne has a strong financial background and has gained experience within various types of organizations over the past several years.
After working in private equity for seven years at an American company, Adrianne decided to make the transition to MKB Fonds. This move gives her the opportunity to learn the profession from a broader perspective. Whereas her previous focus was primarily on financial matters, she is now exposed to all aspects involved in managing a fund and its portfolio companies.
What makes this position particularly challenging and rewarding for me is the combination of financial, legal, and tax-related matters. The legal and tax aspects, in particular, require continuous learning and present new challenges on a daily basis. This keeps my work dynamic and allows me to continuously expand my knowledge and expertise.
In addition, the arrival of Blue Mill has made my responsibilities even more diverse and challenging. I find that this environment encourages me to grow rapidly, both professionally and in terms of subject-matter expertise, and I look forward to continuing my development in this role.
