Robbert-Paul Roomberg

Since 2026, Robbert-Paul has been part of BlueMill. 

He manages the DACH region and is responsible for sourcing, deal structuring, and portfolio management.

Before joining BlueMill, he was a business director at PPG, responsible for acquisitions and divestments in the EMEA region and also leading regional business operations. Previously, Robbert-Paul worked at Quadriga Capital and PwC Germany investing in and advising "Mittelstand" companies across the DACH region.

Robbert-Paul has a PhD from University Maastricht, where he also studied business administration.
