Emiel Havinga
Emiel Havinga has been a Partner at BlueMill since 2025. He also remains part of the investment team at MKB Fonds, where he spent eight years and continues to share responsibility for investments, portfolio management and portfolio company development.
Before BlueMill and MKB Fonds, Emiel held various senior executive and supervisory roles in private equity over 17 years, building experience in sourcing, deal structuring, transactions, portfolio management, and financial & operational support.
